You can say that again!
I managed to get pearweb and pearweb_index running on ubuntu after some
trial and error... if you want I can look at writing up some notes on what I
did to get it running?

As a test to ensure I can still use CVS (I now use subversion mostly for
work) I have added a patch to the bug report above which is against HEAD and
will fix a few XHTML related errors on the following pages
public_html/group/index.php
public_html/news/index.php
public_html/support/forums.php
public_html/support/icons.php
public_html/support/slides.php
I would be grateful if someone could take a look to make sure I did it right
and if so I have some more patches I can provide which will help make
installing pearweb much easier.
