I'd try to be involved with this also. The key, to me, is the scheduling... not so much about making it fit many people's schedule, but the act of scheduling itself. Just knowing that I'm agreeing to particpate at a specific date and time makes me more likely to stick with my desire to sit down and work on something. Busy lives don't allow for "I'd like to work on X when I get a minute" very often, so writing that minute on your calendar makes a world of difference. -- CRB
