Mark and Chuck are right, I did it this rapid so that people can enjoy life, there's always another bug triage day in a short while, another reason why it's also on 2 days on the same weekend, some people can do Saturday, some can Sunday and even if only a small group of people can come then it's a success since I do believe with a bit of planning we won't need someone steering the triaging since people will just do their thang and everyone is happy. I think it's better for us to start rapid like this, with time and practice we'll have some good structure and perhaps we can scale back the dates if enough people start to participate, even just normal pear users with no knowledge of the internals of a given package, just how to use it (they are the best testers anyway). P.S. If anyone wants to be added to the google calendar bug triage thing then email me off list, it's quite nice getting reminders from google about upcoming events. - Helgi
