I agree here. The more often these are scheduled, the more likely that I'll
be able to attend *some* of them. I think the approach here is not that
everyone is expected at every one of them, but that there are ample
opportunities for everyone to each be involved at some point. If I've only
got one opportunity in a whole quarter, and a family need comes up, then
I've missed my opportunity to help until the next quarter. As is, my next
opportunity rolls around in two weeks. Plus, even if I miss four triage
weekends during an entire quarter, it means I *did* attend two of them.
