That is an interesting question :-)
I have made several releases (www.dybnet.de/metapear ... and go grab
metapear.zip) and I asked for feedback and got close to nothing.
The thing is that metapear is that I don't see much point in spending
any more time on metapear before I get some feedback from the PEAR
folks. I actually wrote several lengthy emails on why I want feedback
and what sort of feedback I would like to see.
As such I actually already gave up on metapear and started turning some
of the stuff I did for metapear into patches for Metabase. The other day
Tomas was playing around with it a bit (he asked me about it on IRC) but
he never told me if he liked any of it :-)
Anyways if people are interested then I would really like to see replies
to those feedback requests (if you want I can dig up those requests and
repost them).
Best regards,
Lukas Smith
