[PEPr] Comment on Web Services::ContactsWindows

Till Klampaeckel (http://pear.php.net/user/till) has commented on the proposal for Web Services::ContactsWindows. Comment: I second all of David's comments - I think the advantage you want to offer is to provide a nice/clean interface to the API via this pear package. I don't really care nor need to "learn" all the weirdnesses behind it - so what I am saying is, please provide helper methods that wrap sendRequest - __call() could be nice, but is no must. ;) Aside, most of my comments on your other proposal, I'd like applied here.
