Hey, it's not orphaned. I'm still here.
Specifically, which patches do you wish to add? I don't recall any
trivial bugs being open -- most are upstream bugs on xmlrpcext or PHP
XML encoding support.
Let me review patches and I'll gladly grant you CVS access.
