Specifically, which patches do you wish to add? I don't recall any trivial bugs being open -- most are upstream bugs on xmlrpcext or PHP XML encoding support.
I'd vote for that one: http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=12249 This bug is trivial to fix, but makes unpatched XML_RPC2 unusable in non-ISO-8859-1 scenarios. Also please consider applying my patch in http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=12860 and fixing the bogus User-Agent header: http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=12884 Hope I'll finally be able to get rid of a custom XML_RPC2 package and use stock one. :]
