Jonathan Street (http://pear.php.net/user/streety) has edited the proposal for Web
Services::WindowsDelegatedAuthentication.
Change comment:
Package renamed to Services_WindowsLive_DelAuth to reflect prevailing
standard
Error codes added to separate misconfiguration errors from 'runtime'
errors
Exception class now in a separate file
Changed from private to protected
