[PEPr] Web Services::WindowsLive_DelAuth deleted

Jonathan Street (http://pear.php.net/user/streety) has deleted the proposal for Web Services::WindowsLive_DelAuth. The reason for that is: Assuming the API hasn't been changed in the past few months this package essentially does what it was designed to do. It's lacking any form of testing and documentation is poor/non-existent though. As such it is not yet finished. It wouldn't take much more work to finish but I'm no more likely to have the time over the next few months than I had over the past few months. I would also have difficulty providing the necessary support should I finish it. As such I think it is best to call the package dead.
