So basically, when someone will do a:
lynx -source http://pear.php.net/~cox/go-pear | sh
He will get a ready system to use the lastest PEAR DB, Mail, IT, ... and
also the PEAR Installer to start downloading and installing packages
from the web (more info on what are pear packages at:
http://cvs.php.net/co.php/pearweb/doc/pear_package_manager.txt).
