Hi all,
Our docbook renderer, phd, works on Windows - but only with PHP 5.3
since it uses getopt().
PHP_Compat provides a getopt() implementation. So we would need a
package.xml dependency that tells pear to install PHP_Compat when it's
on Windows and PHP is < 5.3. Is that possible? How?
