This work up to a certain point: Imagine you have a package
"Money_Fast" with the base file "Fast.php". Usually this
file will reside in "/usr/lib/php/Money/Fast.php". In your
setup the file will be in "/usr/lib/php/Money_Fast/Fast.php".
If Fast.php includes "Money/Fast_tools.php", your setup will
fail, since the package does not look for the file in "Money_Fast"
but in "Money".

As it has been said numerous times on this list: The DB package
in /pear is for testing only.
