Everything will end up in /pear eventually. But the point is that you
should not use files directly from CVS, the files should be installed as
packages first. The way you're supposed to install packages is for
example "pear install HTTP_Upload". Or download
http://pear.php.net/get/HTTP_Upload-0.8.tgz
and install the downloaded
file with "pear install HTTP_Upload-0.8.tgz".
