XML_RSS seems dated and unmaintained

It appears that the XML_RSS library is a bit unmaintained. For an unrelated project, I've had to write an RSS parser. I've gotten a good chunk of it done and it seems a bit more extensible than the existing XML_RSS module. It's still early in it's infancy, but the code is viewable here. If the PEAR community is interested, I can code it to PEAR standards and incorporate it as part of the library.
