Just out of curiosity will all PHP4 code fall apart with 5.3? I haven't ran any tests. But do we need to add max php versions to a lot of package.xml's? Till If I've well understood, we should have PEAR and packages for PHP4, and PEAR2 with pyrus and PHP5.3+
So YES I suppose that all packages written in PHP4 should have at least a max php version to avoid problems. Laurent
