[PEPr] Comment on Database::Database_SQL_Intervals

Hi Samuel, First, welcome to PEAR :) While I understand this can be useful in some situations (trees), I have the feeling the package is too specific. Additionnally, if I understand correctly, it forces the user to use a fixed table schema, this is too restrictive...
