Samuel ROZE (http://pear.php.net/user/rozesamuel) has deleted the proposal for
Database::Database_SQL_Intervals.
The reason for that is:
SQL_Intervals isn't accepted by community. It appears that it is too much
restrictive (force for a specific SQL architecture for instance).
