Please test patchtracker enhancements

Hi all, I plan to make a new release of pearweb soon. There have been some larger code changes, the most notable ones in the patch tracker. Please to test it on our integration box: > http://test.pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=16515 Try to break it. The bug edit page hides released roadmaps now by default and has a hide/show button. CSS have changed a bit and we do have underlined links everywhere now. The bug overview page changed, too: > http://test.pear.php.net/bugs/ test.pear.php.net has the original database of 2 weeks ago.
