I'm a bit scared re underlines everywhere - it's a dramatic visual change.
It's great in general text - ie, the homepage, but the layout of the
sidebars and other parts of pearweb - not so great (lots more visual
clutter for things which are small / reduced size).
Mind if I have a tinker and try to strike a balance of some kind? (but
certainly don't hold up releases!)
