Oops!
I forget to mention that this class also requires mbstring enabled to
convert encoding of parameter(xml) string to utf-8.
I think it can be modified to use iconv instead when mbstring is not
availlable and iconv is present.
Or maybe they are not required if the class file itself is encoded in utf-8.
Anybody has idea on this?
