HTTP_Request2 on pyrus - PEAR_Exception

Hi all, Today I tried to install HTTP_Request2 with pyrus, which worked fine. After using it, I got the error that PEAR_Exception could not be found and not loaded. PEAR_Exception is part of PEAR itself (installer v1). So what do we do now? Should HTTP_Request2 set a dep on PEAR, or should we move PEAR_Exception to an own package?
