New package category

Hey there everyone, I am working on some OData feed writer and was trying to figure out what category it would fit it. After a bit of research and considering the issue, I realized that a category Feed could be well accepted considering that a feed doesn't automatically mean Atom, RSS, OPML, etc (Thus not only XML). A "feed" per say can easily be JSON or "whateveryouwantformat". I wanted to gather your comments on the addition of the new category Feed. Thanks, -- David Coallier
