OK, I will read the list of licenses and decide for one of them. I'm curious,
what't the reason against GPL?

PEAR's Autoloader is (as far as I see) only used internally for loading PEAR
classes which follow the PEAR conventions.
This Autoloader is not intended for autoloading only PEAR classes (although it
could do that). It's purpose is beeing used by an application developer as
Autoloader for his project. There are no naming conventions for classes to be
found. The autoloader would simply find every class in a given class path. BTW
the Autoloader still works if there are other autoloaders registered.
