There is additionally the PSR-0 autoloader specification and implementation, which I encourage you
to read here:

PSR-0 works with, and encourages the use of, standard naming conventions for namespaces and classes
that have been agreed to by several disparate projects (including PEAR and PEAR2). Your work, while
useful for non-standard naming, is probably not something I'd like to see in PEAR. In my
opinion, PEAR ought to enforce its own standards as much as possible.
