Congrats on being an early adopter!
I believe you have a pre-release version of the PEAR2_Pyrus_Developer
plugin installed, which is incompatible with the official Pyrus
release.
You could try php pyrus.phar upgrade -p PEAR2_Pyrus_Developer to
install the latest release of PEAR2_Pyrus_Developer, or remove your
~/.pear/ directory and start over again with the official releases.
