[ Taking this discussion to pear-dev. ] Hey Daniel et all, I think I'm the only person using svn:externals in a package, maybe you can ignore them on checkout to quickfix this? I'm also wondering why I included it to start with - I don't remember why it's there. I'll check into this in a bit. Also, maybe we can extend the standard and use a vendor directory in packages where we package/include external libs if need be. And this directory would be excluded from the cs checks, etc.. Not to defend the lack of interest in this bug, but I think the hotness is Doctrine2 right now. ;-) Anyway, I'm also pretty sure that Jonathan Wage (jwage on #pear) wouldn't object to a patch/commit if you pinged him?
