I'm actually trying to find a time when Daniel and I are online at the same time so he can be on-hand when I upgrade. So far my timezone hasn't matched up with his.
Maybe we need a "do it all in one go" phing task or shell script to deploy in the future? :-)
Once we upgrade successfully the cron that updates the site should be turned back on.
Seems the PEAR website wasn't updated yet?
