You are referring to bug #16627.
Yes, I just fixed it.
Problem was that we used
> ln -sf /.../apidoc/Package-1.0.4 /.../apidoc/Package-latest
to update the link. "-f" should replace any existing destination links.
Unfortunately, that command creates the following link:
> /.../apidoc/Package-latest/Package-1.0.4 -> /.../apidoc/Package-1.0.4
which is .. weird.
I changed the code to remove it and then symlink it and tried it with
System_Folders-1.0.4 - that works.
After that I ran apidoc-fix-latest.php to fix all previous errors:
> 5 errors, 229 fixed, 322 already ok
So from now on, the issue is part of the past.
