Thanks Till for your offer, but after trying to follow example given by jsor, I've decided to :
1. create my own PEAR channel [1]
2. initialize on my github account a new repository [2], where I will put sources code
Follow me (PEAR users) for release of upcoming first release candidate of PHP_CompatInfo 2.
More info and news will be available soon on my website [3]

I think it would be great if the code was hosted on the official svn or on PEAR's github so it doesn't vanish for whatever reason in the future. I'm just surprised on reaction you gave to the new major version rewritten in PHP5 [1]. Like nobody seems to be interested by development of PHP_CompatInfo 2, I won't spammed again the PEAR 's mailing-list. Be just aware that development continue only on my site [2].
