Hello,
Recently, I found the Numbers_Words package which converts numbers to words,
such as (153 => one hundred and fifty-three), and was inspired to write a
package that did the opposite.
I would like to release it as a PEAR package, but I don't have any
experience in doing so and what the requirements are. Could someone point
me in the right direction? My current code can be downloaded from
http://kevmo314.com/words_numbers.zip and I
would gladly take any
suggestions or cases that my code doesn't handle correctly.
