Yes, it is:
[root@IS-4701 root]# crontab -l|grep update-web
*/30 * * * * /usr/bin/php
-f /var/www/html/pearweb/pear.php.net/cron/update-website.php
It was probably my fault when updating some pearweb packages manually.
I'm going to permanently fix that now by setting a working global pear
config for everyone.
