This looks like a simple permissions error. The error message from CLI
should be a bit nicer (on the todo list).
You can either run that command with sudo, or set your bin_dir to a writable
directory before installing Pyrus as a library. As for why installing the
libraries for pyrus requires a bin dir, pyrus will install /usr/bin/pyrus
for CLI usage.
