Integrating Phing and Growl

Hello, I know it's perharps not the right mailing list to publish such new, but I'd like to share my future proposal. Long time ago, after the full rewrites of Net_Growl package, I've in mind to extend the growl notification system to the PHP family. Why not for Phing ? After have a look on Christian Weiske's works about rST task [1], and found some nice posts [2] and [3], I notice that a portable solution is missing for Windows and Mac users. If you read carefully the Growl for Windows [4] and Mac [5] GrowlNotify solutions, you will notice that switch options system are different. Then, previous post solution [2] cannot work for Windows users. OK, so I propose now a solution (still draft, but ready to work) compatible both platforms. Because it's used the PEAR::Net_Growl package.
