Install PEAR on your computer and install all packages you want to eventually place at your host.
After you're done, copy the pear folder (the one with PHP files in it, NOT the one with the
PEAR installer!!!) to your host.
This approach is not exactly a stable one, especially if among the packages you have one that uses
binary or data folders, but it works for the average PHP-code-only package. Speaking of which, you
shouldn't need to install PHPUnit to use PHPMailer. Just make a fresh PEAR install and install
just PHPMailer.

Sorry,
I feel so stupid now, but it's all Chinese for me.
Can someone make it clear for me?
Do I first have to install PEAR on my own PC, or do I have to install it on my webserver?
I not understand the explanation on pear.php.net.... Mayby someone of you can make it clear for me?
Greets,
Olivier
