IT is supposed to be installed in HTML/
You should use the pear installer to install IT and ITX, then they will be
put in the right directories.
Do not confuse cvs paths (HTML_Template_IT) which are only for development
purpose and installation path (HTML/) which is where the class will be put
if you use the pear installer.
