IT is supposed to be installed in HTML/ You should use the pear installer to install IT and ITX, then they will be put in the right directories.
The includes are still wrong in IT.php and ITX.php ... they reference HTML/IT_Error.php, HTML/IT.php, etc., but ITX was moved to HTML/Template.
