Okay, this one was really getting to me...if I see a global
variable, and I parse a non-global block, I do not think that the
global variable should be erased from the cache, and hence no longer
usable unless setVariable is run for the global vars again. Now, it
make sense for each iteration of any block that you should have to
reset variables that you want constant, or else every time you
iterated you would get a strange outcome, but global variables
should be exception. That being said, like 442
if (empty($this->blockvariables['__global__'][$allowedvar])) {
unset($this->variableCache[$allowedvar]);
}
