I proposed time ago to _recommend_ some other points that we are
implicitly using:
a) variables (I would propose $long_var)
b) constants (I would porpose UPPER_CASE_ONES)
c) spacing in control structures (one space between the command and the
statement: "if ($a)" or "while ($a)")
d) lower case PHP bool vars (false, true, null)
People agreeded with that but never got commited. If you want.. :)
