Okay, here is what I feel is missing in IT/ITX and I am going to try
to go forth with either another subclass or merging these into the
head given the proper approval.
+ <!-- BEGIN block { | } --> <!-- END block --> for implode delimiters
+ add touchBlock('__global__') to init()
+ added blockExists() which determines if a block exists in the
template, similar to blockVariableExists
+ do not remove variable cache if it is a global variable (assigned
in the global scope)
+ if a variable is set while in global scope it is added to the
blockvariable['__global__'] array (how else do we know what was
assigned in the global scope?
+ when running parse() only innerblocks that have been touched are
recursed into...this is an interesting one but has to do with the
global variable change made...why when doing the final show() should
be decend into blocks we know we don't want...then there is no way
for the developer to turn on and off blocks...instead, the developer
determines which blocks are on and off by either touching or not
touching those blocks...or of course running a loop on the block and
explicitly parsing it.

[Frodo]: "He deserves death."
[Gandalf]: "Deserves it! I daresay he does. Many that live
deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give
it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in
judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends."
