I just create a symlink while testing, e.g.
ln -s Math_Vector Math
and/or (depending on other includes), I just have
a commented out final include line and one I use while
developing, e.g.:
// include_once "Math/Stats.php";
include_once "/home/jesusmc/devel/php/pear/Math_Stats/Stats.php";
