How about something like this. I took Error_Handler from
phpclasses.org and gave it a big upgrade, PEARified it and made it
much prettier. I can give you a screenshot right now, but if I
remember I will try to get a live one for you as well. I have been
meaning to request to but it in, but I have a tendency to want to
"get it all perfect" first...here it is:

Let me know what you think. It sort of resembles mozilla's
