Sadly, everything should happened. I already got extension with lower and upper cases, we can
document the function and tell users to take care about that.
Personnally I prefer a fully working system instead of a "howto work with filesystem on
unix" for endusers ;).
A solution is to add a optionnal parameter (damn 2 params for a extension loader ;) ) that set lower
case (but that's not insensitive case) by default, and make this method works well for case
sensitive systems, on demand.
