I disagree, I think that this one can be useful to check all required
extensions for a specific framework deployment.
function assertExtension($extensionName, $assertMsg = ''){
if (FALSE == PEAR::assertExtension($extensionName)) {
if (empty($assertMsg)) {
$assertMsg = $extensionName.' extension is required, but not available !';
}
return $this->fail($assertMsg);
}
return $this->pass();
}
