Upgrade? What exactly do you mean?

xmldoc will not be vanished in PHP 4.3 and I see no reason, why we should
do that. It's just an alias to domxml_open_mem() (actually it's the other
way round, domxml_open_mem is an alias to xmldoc :) ) Therefore for
letting Config still work under 4.1, we should not change this in the
Config-Class for the time being (and this is certainly not a bug, both
methods are exactly the same...)

Please provide a proper bug report (here on this list, or at
bugs.php.net), as i can't reproduce this. And upgrade to the latest
Version of the class
