That was what i read in the docs php.net...Guess i read wrong.
That happened when i was starting with Config, my server claim that it
didnt known nothing about xmldoc ...ok, it is compilation config...lets
put "dom" to work... checking the docs to see how to... UPS "should be
overhauled in PHP 4.3"... what the heck is that!!... Better try something
else... i dont fell like compiling php this time. Besides, i have to
upgrade my libxml2 first.

Cant do that now. The error follow the first one about xmldoc. Have to
compile php4 again --with-dom first. This error can be consequence of
that one. But i will post the details on bugs.php.net, if it persist.

Dont be sad ;)... I liked what i saw in Config. And i am planning to
use it when i fix(/understand) those problems. Just had other priorities
yesterday.
