uploading of packages does not work

Hi uploading a new package gives me an almost empty screen after i hit "upload". navigation and evth else is there, but the white area in the middle shows me nothing... is this problem known? or did i something wrong? i use mozilla 1.0 on linux, if that helps you hunting down the bug. I wanted to upload Config and XML_svg2image, both did not work, but they didn't have a release till now.
