I used the prapare/execute combination to save a binary file in oracle and
was quite happy with the result, I haven't used oracle with php for a while
but it was quite a drag to save a binary file for the newbie.
Is it possible to use the prepare/execute combination to call stored
procedure returning a refcursor, how should this be implemented, should a
new placeholder be implemented, I know this new place holder talk is
becoming a drag but calling stored procedures returing refcursors and
saving/loading binary files are the most turn offs to PHP programers dealing
with oracle.
