I think the @ is OK for a place holder, the other question is what to do
with the cursor, should it be the default smtp statment after it's executed.
What if we have two cursors???
I don;t think we need a second placeholder for lobs, lobs work just fine
with & as I've seen, maybe we just need some adjustments to the code not to
include a file by default.
I'm gonna make changes to the patch to use @ as a place holder and make the
cursor as the default statment to see how it's gonna work out.
