little inconsitency in PEAR DB ... should MDB care?

Hi, just found one instance where PEAR DB uses a pass by reference var to return data: fetchInto() stig told me that tomas made this modification to be able to do something like this: while (DB_OK === $rs->fetchInto($fields)) { ... } but this could also be done like this if I am not mistaken: while (is_array($rs->fetchInto($fields))) { ... } so should MDB use the PEAR DB way in this case or not?
